With global warming afoot, Rip finally thaws out and finds himself in a world that staggers the imagination. While he struggles to catch up with today’s rapid pace, plenty of others are on his trail! This knockabout romp combines love, loss, environmental threats, bad guys, hijinks, and even a puppet (or two) in a one-of-a kind whirlwind adventure—perfect for all ages.
